My latest WIP.  I'm going to do this using the same technique I used on the Eleven/Amy piece.  Right now it's just the line art and rough blocking in of shadow, obviously, but I'm going to do a highly rendered drawing again with a color tint.

Also, the Muse is INSISTING I draw Gallifrey in the background.  You know, the domed city and all that.  Sigh.  I intended for this to be an easy filler piece.  Muse is finicky and capricous.
