Okay, REALLY?  Just... REALLY?

I swear to the gods, I lose more faith in my fellow humanity every fucking day.

In Orlando, members of a charity organization called "Food Not Bombs" were... wait for it... ARRESTED FOR FEEDING THE HOMELESS.
 
Oh yes.  You read right. 

Pardon me for possibly overreacting, but may I just say that I HOPE TO THE GODS that whomever is a) Responsible for passing this cold-blooded law, and b) Responsible for enforcing it (because there is a CHOICE, people, ALWAYS) will find themselves in a position one day to need exactly that sort of charity?  And maybe then, somebody will show them the kindness that they most CERTAINLY do not deserve.

P.S., Food terrorists?  FOOD TERRORISTS?  Are you fucking kidding me?

Yeah, it's a group that tries to spread a message of peace and love, and extends a helping hand to their fellow man. Very, very devious, I tell you.

Meanwhile, Mayor Dyer is probably pocketing bribes from every wealthy special interest group in the city who are wanting nothing more than to be rid of the "eyesore" of human need.

Sadly, that's what happens when a word that formerly meant "someone who tries to spread an ideological/political message through the means of violence, terror, and murder" is twisted to mean, "someone who holds an ideological/political point of view (that's different than that of the one changing the definition) and spreads it through peaceful, humanitarian means."

Ah, politicians. They don't lie, they just change the meanings of the words they use.
